In addition to our studio practice, Dead Matter Press connects with printmakers from around the world by hosting Annual print exchanges. Our exchanges are free to perticipate in and are open to everyone who want to submit prints. The exchanges start by us determining a theme and paper size, the theme is then announced and an open call for artists takes place. When the open call concludes, the edition size is announced based on how many artists RSVP to the open call. When each artist finishes their edition of prints, they are mailed to DMP where We separated and re-distributed to the participating artists. Each artist then receives one print from every other artist in the exchange!
